keep moving

sometimes the pain inside- internal, emotional pain- is so deep it is debilitating. and that makes it all the more excruciating. maybe the only thing to do when one is in such pain is keep moving. but there is always that fine line between the “getting-things-done-one-foot-in-front-of-the-other” style of coping and pure denial. denial is worse than sitting still because it causes pain to grow larger at such an exponential rate that when you do finally stop….

this must stop.
