YAY! my notankers decals arrived today! I was so stoked that I went out to buy an americano and got all loonies for change. As I sat down to drink the lovely, life-giving liquid, I stuck the decals on my loonies and plotted my plan.
Next stop, the corner store where I paid for my gum with the newly defaced coins. One lady’s silent protest began.
Feeling all happy and connected to my provinces’ plight, I walked over to Main st to meet up with Lindsay Joy. On my way, I picked up a Georgia Straight and was SUPER surprised to see that on the cover (as well as page 17), the disparaging story of the proposed Northern Gateway pipeline was being told for Vancouverites to read!!

I hope that more people get involved in the protest. We do not need a natural disaster caused by the dirty oil sands by products & tankers in B.C.
