Plugin review | PopupAlly

Popup plugins are contentious, but can you actually be polite AND convert browsers into buyers?

In this new plugin review I explore PopupAlly Pro, a polite pop-up plugin that is super customizable and easy to use! It’s the first WordPress pop-up plugin that I’ve been interested in using because creators Nathalie Lussier and Robin Li refer to Pop-up Ally as “The Polite Popup for WordPress” — and it is.

For the last 6 months I’ve been using PopupAlly on my website and I’m convinced. PopupAlly allows you to be a gracious host to your website visitors by serving up the information they are looking for, when they are looking for it, politely. And that, my friends, is VERY important to me. Because that’s really one of the main goals of every website.

Let’s dig in:

How to install and configure PopupAlly

Since I last reviewed PopupAlly Pro Nathalie and Robin, the creators of the plugin, have made some super slick enhancements to it. For example, there’s a lot more templates for you to choose from, loads of responsive options, and you can even add decision point and click-to open optin boxes.

So it’s really a heck of a lot MORE than just a pop-up plugin. With this plugin you can be super creative and intentional when it comes to opt-in boxes that are not only polite, but convert as well!

So what do you think? Are you ready to jump on the bandwagon (like I did) and install a pop-up plugin to your WordPress site? Let me know in the comments.
