They are a loaded topic, eh? We all wanna have big goals, yet not set ourselves up for failure. Sometimes it feels like resolutions are made to be broken, right? There is all this pressure to make a huge shift and if that shift doesn’t happen, you’ve totally failed. That pressure has been extremely apparent in my life for a while and created a lot of unnecessary anxiety in my life.
Until I stopped looking at resolutions/goals/intentions as something to be broken, are started focusing on how I really wanted to feel every day.
For example I’ll ask myself “In six months how do I want to feel in my business?” Then I work backward from there… what do I need to do in order to ensure that I feel the way I want to feel? What kind of income would support that feeling? What does my perfect average day look like? What kind of systems do I need in place to feel that way? What other tasks will I need to accomplish in order to feel that way?
In 2016, I want to shine.
I want to feel luminous, strong, sparkly, spacious, industrious, electric, creative, enthusiastic, and passionate. This mood board was inspired by those feelings.
How do you want to feel in 2016?
