Hope Community Services is a non-profit multi-service agency located in my new hometown of Hope, BC.

For 40 years they have provided focused and supportive programming for people of all ages including Family & Early Years, Food Resource Security, and Community Support Programs that create opportunities for people to make connections, access resources, receive support, and make positive changes in their lives.

When I started working with Hope Community Services, they did not have a website or any way to collect donations other than by check in their office.

Their new online presence had to be usable, friendly, and informative for all their multi-generational stakeholders: from a wide range of program participants to donors, staff, volunteers, and government regulatory agencies.

I built them an accessible website that is a game-changer for Hope Community Services.

The secure online donation system has increased their revenue by over 150%. All program information including eligibility, location, date, and time is accessible to program participants online and is easy for staff members to update. And the website style guide harmonizes how staff and volunteers represent the brand online.
