For 40 years Hope Community Services have provided focused and supportive programming for people of all ages that create opportunities for people to make connections, access resources, receive support, and make positive changes in their lives.

When I started working with Hope Community Services, they did not have a website or any way to collect donations other than by check in their office.

They needed an online presence that was usable, friendly, and informative for all their multi-generational stakeholders: from a wide range of program participants to donors, staff, volunteers, and government regulatory agencies.

I built an accessible website that expanded what Hope Community Services could offer their community: online program information, a secure donation system, and a brand presence that finally reflects the depth of their work.

The secure online donation system increased their revenue by over 150% in the first year alone.

All program information including eligibility, location, date, and time is accessible to program participants online and is easy for staff members to update. And the website style guide harmonizes how staff and volunteers represent the brand online.
